Balance is an even distribution of resources, time, and priorities in all aspects of our lives without neglecting any area. Anything outside this might be a recipe for crashing.

Furthermore, maintaining balance will allow you to make the proper decisions, and to have a better performance that will eventually lead to living a productive life. It also reduces stress and tension for longevity, and it will enhance legacy building.
