VICM is a non-profit organization founded in the year 2000, a ministry that exist to Equip and empower the church and its leaders to be more strategic and effective in carrying out its God-given mandate:
- To equip and empower the church and leaders with relevant leadership tools and resources needed in carrying out their God-given mandate.
- To build a community of leaders that will raise the bar of excellence in leadership.
- To work with the church in providing best practices for effective discipleship in this changing world

About The Founder
The Founder Story
Francis Olubambi has over 3 decades of working experience with Faith based organisations, 13 years as a Pastor and 20 years with Not for Profit organisations. He is the President/CEO of VISION INTERNATIONAL; a consortium of leadership development and capacity building outfits that include;
- Vision International Leadership Consultantcy Limited (VILC)
- Vision International Partners INC (VIP)
- Vision International Christian Ministries (VICM)
He is passionate about raising the bar of excellence in leadership both in Africa and across the globe. He is presently the Regional Director of the Global Leadership Summit in West and Central Africa spanning 19 countries, the Country Director for Walk Thru The Bible USA, a leadership coach and consultant, conference speaker, a husband and a father. He is married to his lovely wife Elizabeth and they are blessed with 3 sons.
